Our Mission, Vision, Goal and Objectives

Vision: Healthy, Empowered and Just Society

Mission: Foundation for Christ Ministry exists to create an enabling
environment for the Youth, Women, Orphans and other Vulnerable Children (OVC) to realize their full potential through enhancing the socio-economic, health and spiritual development.

Goal: The Goal of FCM is to improve the quality of life of the OVC, Youth
and Women of Busia to be able to contribute meaningfully to the
social economic development.

Objectives
I.Increase and strengthen community support, care and protection of children and Women in Busia District.
II.To improve welfare of OVC, Youths and women through promotion of sustainable income generating activities.
III.Increase HIV and AIDS prevention awareness and skill among the Youths.
IV.To educate communities and target groups about the need to apply local solutions to local problems.
V.To strive to develop positive human elements in individuals so as to understand that every soul is unique and created for the purpose.
VI.To strengthen the organizational ability to effectively provide quality services.

Capability statement
·The foundation has an executive committee composed of 7 members headed by the chairperson.
·5 volunteer staff members and 20 field volunteers all headed by the executive director.
·1 main office located on Tiira Road opposite St.Johns Secondary School in Busia municipal Council
·an office quipped with a computer and printer
